· On being downloaded, double-click the MediaCreationTool.exe file to launch it.

· After checking the manufacturers licensing agreement, you’ll have the option of either upgrading your current PC or creating installation media. You have to click on the later, create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC and click Next.

· Don’t be surprised if the media creation tool has downloaded the same existing version of windows that is currently on the PC but that’s okay.

· In this next step, the Media Creation Tool will begin to download Windows 10 to your PC. Once it’s downloaded the tool will then put Windows 10 on your USB drive. On completion, your drive will be ready. Then click Finish, the tool will clean up and after is done, you can unplug your USB drive.

· Advisable to reboot the PC once the entire process is completed.
