If it is due to memory problems, you will not get much space by removing the data and cache from the store. But in case the google play store an error, I do recommend it.
To clear the data and cache of the Google Play Store you will only have to:
- Go to Settings
- In the ” device ” section, go to the option that says “Applications or Application Manager”
- Enter the ” All applications ” section.
- In the list of applications, look for the one that says ” Google Play Store “
- Press it and you will get the option to ” Clear data / Clear cache “.
Note that on each device the options may have slightly different words, but generally the procedure is the same.
Is it good if you delete the Play Store data?
It is not bad that you delete the data from the Play Store, it is even recommended that you do it every so often; but it cannot be very often; as well as in many applications that you use daily such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
When an error occurs on the Play Store server, it is advisable to delete the data, so you restart, so to speak, the application and with it you eliminate many errors.
You just have to log in and that’s it. Also, by eliminating unnecessary data, you free up storage space.
When an application is crashing, before removing it, try clearing the data and the cache, perhaps with that it will solve some of those problems.
If you see that the problem persists, you will already have to investigate why. But first try that option, many times it works.
