  • Next step, you need to click on the “Labels” Tab, then the new settings option will appear. Scroll down and find the labels option, then “create a new label.
  • Select your label. You can find this label in the menu bar on the right section. Then select the down arrow in the search bar at the top of the page.
  • You need to click “Create Filter.” then the new option will appear and find the “Apply the label” option.
  • Select Apply the label option and select the label you created.
  • In the last step, click “Create Filter.” Done.

Now every time a new email arrives, Gmail will scan it and will label and move it.
