How to Control Computer Remotely with TeamViewer

Whether you need to remotely control a computer or want to give someone else access to your computer to carry out certain tasks.

TeamViewer allows you to do it easily, quickly, and completely securely.

If you have never used it, in this guide we explain how TeamViewer works.

Step 1: Open TeamViewer application from the start menu

Step 2: Type in and enter remote settings into the Cortana search windows default search box.

Step 3: Then Click the checkmark “Allow remote access” to your computer.

Step 4: Click the Remote tab on the System Properties window

Step 5: then click the checkmark “Allow remote connections” to this computer.

Regardless of the option, you choose to establish the remote connection, once you establish it, you can control the computer with TeamViewer as if you had physical access to it.

The first thing you will see is the desktop, you can access files and applications, as well as move through the operating system with total freedom.

At the top of the window in which you are viewing the remote desktop, you have a series of tools.

If you click Actions you will see a series of options for the session, windows, remote interaction, participants, and other information.

Among the functions available are to leave a note, lock or restart, send key combinations or show a black screen, invite more participants or carry out a remote update.
